Bob Evans - Westerville
Bob Evans
Description
Longtime locals praise this value-driven, family-friendly chain for comforting breakfasts, tasty entrees and new budget appetizers, with convenient parking near Meijer. Service and consistency trend uneven: friendly, hardworking servers often offset by short staffing and occasional managerial lapses that produce slow seating, wrong or unevenly cooked dishes (burnt ham, dry chicken) and onion-forward sides. Prices remain reasonable and drinks like the Arnold Palmer get high marks — still a solid choice if you accept some variability.

Food order was wrong, not what we asked for. Ham was burnt. Toast came out after I was finished. This location used to be very good. It has really gone down hill. To bad.
A wonderful Bob Evans! The staff treated us like family and made us feel right at home.
The restaurant seems to be short-staffed, but the waitresses managed the customer volume quite effectively. As for parking, there is an access road at the intersection of 3C and Polaris, right in front of the Meijer store.
Disappointed with service. Between lunch and dinner, 3-5 seated tables, 2 visible servers, someone in kitchen and a manager. Yet most struggled to have our order taken, receive coffee (forgot about a refill), Togo box, even pay check. It’s as if we were invisible. However, we could hear them talking in the back.
