Everything we ordered arrived within 10 minutes, which made it clear that the food was pre-cooked. All the dishes were ice cold, and the chicken was actually raw near the bone. The salad was wilted and soggy, the roast potatoes and vegetables were also cold, and the gravy was almost water-like. To make matters worse, the staff began clearing tables around us and packing up while we were still trying to eat. We arrived at 1:30 PM, and by 2 PM, all the staff had left, making it feel more like fast food than a proper dining experience.

I am utterly disappointed and shocked at the service I received with this order. I placed an order on the 15th of April. I then followed up almost a week later as I had heard nothing. I was told my order was slightly delayed due to a supplier issue but I would receive it either the following Friday or Monday at the LATEST. Nothing arrived eit … – show

After no feedback on day 4 an e-mail was sent, no reply. Another e-mail was ignored after this. No phone number is available to speak to anyone. Eventually more than a week later someone phones me that has nothing to do with wine orders and relays messages to me from the owner, who is seemingly untouchable and to good to answer e-mails or return my phone calls.
