Husband gave the girl $5 for a $3 and change coffee, husband tells her keep the change her reply oh okay NO THANK YOU!! My husband said your welcome , she gave him a weird look, I guess she didn 't get the sarcasm. My husband gets home and it 's NOT even what he ORDERED! He tells me what he gave for a tip and what happened so I said well I 'm calling of course the number listed 315-5150 wasn 't working what a coincidence! Maybe management should train on better customer service for one and listening for two.

I had asked for a sweet iced tea, but instead received an unsweetened version. Because I was in a rush, I didn’t take a sip until I was about five minutes down the road. If the staff at this location focused more on accuracy when taking orders, rather than misguidedly correcting customers on greetings, it could significantly improve customer satisfaction.

Not at any point did s... read more Went here for national coffee day, I had a coupon for free coffee with a purchase. She scanned my coupon and still charged me full price. Not at any point did she tell me my total. Kept trying to tell me to order a dragon fruit with green tea when Iasked for strawberry dragonfruit refresher. She also messed up both my coffee and my food order. Had an awful attitude and keptthrowing dirty looks at me and my husband in the car. Overall awful experience.. will not be returning to this Dunkin.
