What Naomi King doesn't like about Dunkin':
Went here for national coffee day, I had a coupon for free coffee with a purchase. She scanned my coupon and still charged me full price. Not at any point did she tell me my total. Kept trying to tell me to order a dragon fruit with green tea when I asked for strawberry dragonfruit refresher. She also messed up both my coffee and my food order. Had an awful attitude and kept throwing dirty looks at me and my husband... View all feedback.
One of the workers was very rude to my girlfriend never going
Men restroom out of service, some donuts had melted chocolate all over it… definitely not supposed to look the way it did. Many advertised beverages were out of stock!
I asked for a hotChocolate with 2 espresso. The order took 30 seconds espresso takes atleast that for one to be made. It tastes burnt and watered down. I know my coffee this was hot chocolate with just burnt coffee added watering it down. It’s disgusting all Dunkins in westerly have gone to garbage. This is the new generation of workers it’s honestly scary.
A late afternoon visit. Only ones in the dining room. Cars were going through drive thru and workers were not paying attention to the counter.
When I went to Dunkin one day, I did the mobile order pick up, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher. 1/2 things got ordered which was evidently the sandwich. I just don’t know why they wouldn’t process the drink in the order and wouldn’t give to me making me panic for it. I would recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to go to but you need to process the orders the right way and get what people want for their suitable needs throughout the day.
