I know m... read more I asked for a hotChocolate with 2 espresso. The order took 30 seconds espresso takes atleast that for one to be made. It tastes burnt and watered down. I know my coffee this was hot chocolate with just burnt coffee added watering it down. It’s disgusting all Dunkins in westerly have gone to garbage. This is the new generation of workers it’s honestly scary.

Not at any point did s... read more Went here for national coffee day, I had a coupon for free coffee with a purchase. She scanned my coupon and still charged me full price. Not at any point did she tell me my total. Kept trying to tell me to order a dragon fruit with green tea when I asked for strawberry dragonfruit refresher. She also messed up both my coffee and my food order. Had an awful attitude and kept throwing dirty looks at me and my husband in the car. Overall awful experience.. will not be returning to this Dunkin.
