They offer a few vegan dishes that are clearly marked on the menu, and were able to customize the tofu tacos to make them vegan. I ordered the beans greens, the tofu tacos (modified to be vegan), and the Caesar salad, and enjoyed them all! The food is flavorful with a variety of tastes. The beans greens have a kick of spice to them. Sometimes the tofu is prepared with honey, so I recommend asking for it without honey specifically. It would be great to see a few more vegan options on the menu, but overall I was impressed with their vegan choices and really enjoyed the ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to dine here again when I get the chance!

You place yo... read more We really enjoyed our experience at Cinder! The food and ambiance were both excellent. This restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with a lively vibe. You place your order at the counter and then your food is brought to your table. I tried the beans and greens as well as the watermelon gazpacho, and both dishes were incredibly tasty and beautifully presented.
