After a prolonged wait, our meals arrived, presented nicely. The breakfast burritos, while loaded with toppings, were overly salty and dry, and the hashbrowns were undercooked. We also tried a KT burger, which, despite the KT sauce, was disappointingly bland. The pancakes were the highlight of the meal, as they were fluffy and sweet. When it came time to settle the bill, we noticed an extra charge for something we hadn't ordered. After waiting for our waiter to return, we ultimately had to go inside to get it rectified. Overall, while the atmosphere is delightful, the service and food need significant improvement.
I have been to b&b Dockside five times for breakfast with my wife, and we have loved each visit.
After waiting for 45 minutes, I decided to ask for my food to go, and only then did they mention that there was a backup. While I understand that delays can happen, it would have been nice to be communicated with, so we could decide whether to stay or leave. When I left without leaving a tip, the waitress gave me a bewildered look at my receipt and muttered something under her breath as she walked away, which I found quite rude. All I had ordered was a cold tuna sandwich and a chili dog.
Dylan was such a great waiter, so thoughtful and intuitive. He made my moms birthday so special ?
One of best breakfast experiences I have ever had. Food was amazing and service was fantastic.
