We ordered the homemade ga... read more The people who work here are very friendly and you do feel welcome. However, the efficiency of both food and service needs some work. We ordered the homemade garnaalkroketten, they were tasty but had not been warmed thouroughly. This was the case with the table next to us too. Furthermore, I had ordered a side dish, this dish never arrived even after reminding the server. We also ordered a bottle of wine, the server brought out the wine already open. Usually, it is opened at the table to show transparency. It was also ice cold, near frozen. Our table was not the only table that had issues. Nearly every table in our vicinity had an issue which ranged from cold food, long waiting time, missing items and forgetful servers. There is potential here, but there seems to be a need for some proactive evaluation.
