Dunkin' - Westbrook

Super friendly Starbucks very nice helpful people who just listen was music to my ears

I'm going to this Dunkin' every day at Westbrook Crossing. I work at Kohl. I'm ordering a Caramel Craze Latte lately and it's perfect if Jenna takes the time from her busy sandwich station to make my drink. Jenna always has a great attitude and is very friendly, but I can't say that about all morning staff. Tina, was not only rude for me, but also for other customers. She has a bad attitude and you can say that she doesn't do much in this store. On the other hand, I saw Jenna before changing the garbage, the busy sandwich station working and drinks for customers in the same hour. Jenna deserves to be the highest paid employee there, and I hope she is. If I were her, I would look for a career in a higher paid customer service position. She leads this place every day with the best setting I saw from a Fast Food Worker. I would suggest looking at the other employees and discussing their bad attitudes and lack of work ethics and encouraging Jenna to something of great importance in your company. Keep the great work Jenna! For the rest of you, stop or stop!

The employees at the DD across from Market Basket in Westbrook have their work cut out for them. They really work hard and I am so appreciative for their service. Always know what I want and serve it with. Smile! THANKYOU!!

Just pooped in to get cream for coffee that a different dunkin messed up. A sweet women not only helped me. She went beyond. She made me a new one...how I ordered it!! So kind!!!

Average dunkin', food is standard and delicious, drink was made right, they were done quickly. Employee's were on top of it. Area was clean, Employee's were helpful and kind, no problem with coming back.
