I dined at this restaurant a few years ago, but the experience wasn't great so I never went back. Recently, I spoke to another vegan who shared the same sentiment.
This restaurant is tasty, quick, and customizable. There are plenty of delicious vegan options available. I always opt for a bowl with a variety of ingredients.
Ordered food (already paid) and doors were locked on arrival. Several others were in the same situation. We knocked several times and the workers inside just looked over and walked away. Eventually they just yelled that they were closed. They couldn’t even be bothered to give any explanation on why this situation is happening in the first place. Ordered sofitas and they gave me this disgusting mess. No sofitas, just globs of sour cream with a little bit rice and cold beans. They weren't even busy. If they were out of sofitas, they should have said something.
