Like every restaurant they are a little understaffed (but they are hiring) so the service may be slow.

Staff make sure to repeat back your order however never seem to build the sandwiches correctly. Always state no salt, pepper, or oil, and only mayo and usually receivemayo as WELL as oil! The mayo is usually soupy and the sandwich is so soggy it?s dripping.. Very disappointed.

The communication between employees is terrible at best, and as far as the employees listening to customers well they had to make my sandwich 3 times,that should say it all. After reading all the complaints, the owners should step in and do something about the poor managementof this location.
