Uno Pizzeria Grill - WESTBOROUGH

On Friday 2/23/24 we placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats. We ordered and XL Veggie Extravaganza, an XL Cheese Please! Chicago Thin Crust and double size Chicken Wings plain. The toppings on both pizzas were centered in the middle with almost nothing on the edges so the outer slices were pretty much just sauce and crust. We paid for extra cheese on the cheese pizza but the cheese was sparse throughout, barely what we would expect on a regular cheese pizza. We also got a large order of the wings but they must have been starved because they were shriveled up and dry. Very disappointed, especially considering the cost $100 including delivery fee and driver tip). We have gotten delivery of the Veggie and deep dish in the past and were very satisfied, won't be ordering the cheese pizza or wings again.

It is a good restaurant 100% recommended. The service is very good, especially Andrea, who was very kind and affectionate and a good server. Thank you very much Andrea for your attention.

I've been a lifelong Uno's guy but at this location three times I got my food before my beer. You need to gut your bar staff and rein in your servers, the kitchen is too on point to let bad floor staff work how they do here. It does not take thirty minutes to make a margarita.

I have eaten here a couple of times. Overall it's pretty good. I have had the Deep Dish Pizza, Wings, Steak.

I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. However, it actually took 55 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy, but it was evident that the person at the front couldn't handle multiple tasks at once. She seemed overwhelmed whenever the phone rang. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and she falsely claimed that "the box" was different. The pizza was swimming in oil, making it look unappetizing. I really should have based my tip on the poor service I received.
