Very disappointed in this place. During my last visits, I didn't have the best experience. During my last visit to the Bliss area I booked a private hot sauna. At my slotted time, I found it occupied. In the hope that the person would be out, I used the other amenities. I was surprised by this visit that they give you only one towel, and they are not satisfied if you ask for additional. In any case, much after my planned sauna time a person appears and it is a mandatory staff that has not taken into account my planned time. She drips wet in sweat. No one cleanses the sauna after its use and I don't want to go in now to sit sweat in her body! The system begins to show wear. The outdoor whirlpool had debris in it so that not very appealing. The place is usually crowded and not very easy to find serenity with route 9 traffic noise quite common. The Bolsters in the yoga area begin to wear sweat spots and the blankets have a peculiar smell. Also note when you buy a 10 package of visits, they have a expiry date that you will not find anywhere on the website. I just have to say positively that Sharan is an ingenious yoga teacher. I'm gonna miss her because I'm not going back!

Great place to relax and get away from the real world. The place is clean and well maintained. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I recommend going to release and trying out one of there spa packages!

I received a gift card worth $153 that was supposed to cover three reflex zone massages. However, despite the information provided when I booked, checked in, and checked out, I ended up being charged $75 for just one massage. When I raised this issue and pointed out the advertised rate for purchasing three (this information is available on the Mind / Body Portal, although gift card payments are not accepted), I was completely ignored and simply let go. While the spa itself is beautiful, I believe customers deserve to be treated better. I feel like I didn't get the experience I was promised.

Everything was simply amazing! The staff was fantastic; they really pampered us and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the morning. I had a facial treatment with Sarah, and it was the most relaxation I've felt in months. I can't wait to return—I don't need any excuse to go back! I'm going simply because I want to and I deserve it!

The restaurant features stunning selections in its design, furnishings, and amenities. They offer a large Iyengar class with ample time to hold poses for optimal benefits. I will definitely be returning for their hot energy and yin classes, as well as the salt room and other spa facilities!
