Hit or miss, because I ordered chicken spinach and mushrooms on my pizza, and there's no mushrooms at all, and 1/3 of the pizza doesn't even have cheese on it When it was supposed to be on the entire thing!! Worst experience of having my first carry out order $6.99 for two) on 11/09/2022 around 6 PM. Sales person doesn't even like to pronounce my name correctly. Order I received was not at all good. I have Ordered thin crust and went in the at exact time 6PM) but the pizza was not hot enough looks like it was made before and re-heated again. It was too salty. My Kid doesn't likeit. We have to thrown away few slices. Never recommend to order in this place again.
The experience was inconsistent. I ordered a pizza with chicken, spinach, and mushrooms, but there were no mushrooms at all, and about one-third of the pizza was missing cheese when it was supposed to be all over it! There was hardly any spinach either. I'm really disappointed that they completely overlooked these basic ingredients. What’s going on at this location?
I have consistently had issues with this restaurant getting my order right. The service is terrible; no one answers the phone when you call. I reached out to complain about missing toppings on my pizza, and all I received was a dismissive apology before they hung up on me while I was still speaking. Ignoring customer complaints is the reason their service remains so poor.
Two hours ago, I ordered a special meal and two 2-liter bottles of Coke. I thought I'd be nice and let the driver leave the order in the vestibule. I went downstairs exactly 90 seconds later to find the food, but no sodas. The driver isn't answering my calls. I've been on hold for about 55 minutes with the store's number, only for someone to pick up and then hang up immediately. I understand that things can be tough lately, but is it really necessary to treat customers this way? I wanted to resolve this issue amicably, but now I have no choice but to initiate a chargeback on my credit card since neither the store nor the driver are responding.
They always get the order wrong, the Never answer the dam store phone as if they are deaf or don?t want to answer the phone specially at night.
