Five Guys - Westbank

The food did not disappoint but what a mess of an establishment. 80% of the tables were dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept at all that day and they certainly weren't swamped so there's no excuse.

Great burgers and fries! You definitely get your money's worth! If you're looking for a good burger place, give this place a try!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. I had the hamburger with jalapeños, raw onions, mushrooms and green pepper. The burger patties were super juicy and the fries freshly made with an oily taste. The staff could have been a little friendlier.

I went here expecting  it to be very good because all of the hype over it. It was the most greasiest burger I ever ate. I actually threw it out after paying almost 30$ for 2 meals for my wife & me. Wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be which was disappointing as I love burgers. The food also took forever to come!

Not sure why we stayed aside from that was the plan. The music was heavy metal and beyond loud. Obviously the music pleased the employees but certainly doesn't appeal to a large number of their customers. You just don't expect to be blasted with that kind of music in a burger joint. The employees (all guys) kept disappearing into the back, leaving the front unattended. Customers came in, stood and waited until someone wandered back in to take their order. Maybe if they turned down the music they would be able to listen better to those orders. Neither my husband nor I asked for tomatoes on our burger but we got them. The fries were not salty enough for our taste yet we could neither find a salt shaker nor catch these 'guys' to ask them for one. This place needs to take a serious look at the staff and do some training! The burgers themselves were decent but not good enough to prompt a return visit
