Great, no, more than great. Wonderful pastries--do not come here on diet days. The service was perfect and the coffee superb. Go out of your way to experience this coffee shop. Tell your friends., your neighbours, the guy at the gas station. Did I mention its right across from a park and the beach... I will mention the world's best bran muffin! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Bliss Bakery Bistro:
the place is beautifully located directly at the sea level and has clean, fresh furnishings. but very disappointed with breakfast options. only offered a greasy roasted cheese sandwich and a nanaimo bar this surprises us if there are so many quick vegan breakfast alternatives available. Together with gruesome unfriendly employees, this proved to be a thumb-down experience for us. View all feedback.
Unfortunately this place isn't what they used to be. Since they branched out and opened more locations, both food and service has declined. I keep giving this place another chance, but this time was my last. The salted chocolate brownie cookie tasted like a brick of salted chocolate glue with too much baking soda/powder, an hard dry texture and not enough sweetness. It was really so gross it was not even edible. From the breads, to the pastries to the cookies, everything has gone downhill. And Cherryhill coffee is just won't do. There are plenty of better local options like Backyard Beans or Lone Tree Coffee in Summerland. I have seen it time and time again in this industry where the owners establish multiple locations instead of having one good one where quality, service and profits are maximized. It never works well because the owners cannot be at two (or more) places at once and staff does not have the discipline, desire or incentive to run the place as their own. Sometimes simple is better. One place running at full potential is better than multiple at partial, especially with the high fixed (and other) costs in the food service industry.
Perfection!!! Food. Service. Ambiance. Best of Peachland's fibest!!!
What a fantastic location for this awesome bakery. Grab some snacks and walk across the road to the beach. The place serves awesome snacks and is always so busy.
An adorable, waterfront café with amazing food, coffee and atmosphere. •so many food options: the Bliss Bar, Pulled Pork Bun and Aussie Shepard’s pie are my favourites! Delicious sandwiches if you’re on the go, too. Very filling breakfasts and lunches if you want a little more than just coffee! •amazing baked goods; so many pastries and treat options, my only complaint is that it is always so difficult to decide which one I want •very nice atmosphere, they set up cute café tables outside when it’s warm out, and the café has a stunning view of Okanagan lake and mountain, convenient if you have your dog(s with you as well! Lovely inside as well; cozy fireplace and comfy chairs in the wintertime •they make the BEST caramel latté in Kelowna (yes, I taste-tested •lovely, friendly staff, more personal interactions than you would get at a fast-food coffee shop :
Was in Peachland for four days and I came here every single day. The vibe a great and so are the food and drinks. Be prepared for a long line because this place is busy. I heard it’s especially busy on Sundays, but is steady almost any day of the week. Also, the view of the lake is a fabulous bonus! I would recommend the cinnamon bun.
