They also offer a special syrup called Flapjack Drizzle, which was fantastic on my pancakes—it's reminiscent of a caramel sauce and definitely worth a try. For those who prefer a more traditional option, regular maple syrup is also available. Overall, this is a fantastic breakfast spot. Plus, if you're lucky, you might find slot machines in the back! The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and the service was satisfactory. The burgers, however, were just average and not particularly memorable. I tried the buffalo burger—while the meat was decent, it didn't stand out in any way. On the other hand, the pulled beef was fantastic; it was flavorful and juicy. The chicken fried steak was tender. The bison sirloin special was delicious. Our server Brock was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Compared to other similar restaurants I looked at, this one definitely had the best prices. Thanks for a great experience!
Our server Brock was very funny and super attentive. Our friends ordered the rib eye and fish and chips. They said they loved their choices. They agreed that the cowboy beans did not appeal. But everything else was wonderful. My husband ordered a floor around Buffalo with grilled onions. I ordered the Roastbeef. It was a generous part of roast beef with delicious brown engraving. We tried the Mexican soup, but didn't take a picture of it. It was very tasty like taco soup with hominy and some kind of meat tips. Dinner came out quickly. And we all enjoyed our meal and then ordered Dessert. Our friends had apple and cherry cake with vanilla ice cream. I ordered cherry cake with chocolate ice cream. The chocolate ice cream tasted fruity so I didn't eat it. But the cherry cake had the most flocking crust it was delicious. Try when you're in West Yellowstone. You have a great variety on your menu, so it should be something for everyone in your group. Brock You are an amazing server! We had so much fun at Old Town Cafe. Thank you. Had a great time tonight, we came to the opening time this evening in a light snow and they had a big fire going! Really good food, good service and very reasonable prices. We had the trout dinner, Buffalo Burger, hot beef and hot turkey sandwiches. Beautiful portions and everything really good, followed by homemade cakes and ice cream. Just what we were looking for would be highly recommended.
Delicious food served quick and hot. It's worth the long wait to be seated. The place was busy but the staff's pleasant attitude made up for it. Love their bacon.
This is the second trip to Yellowstone. We had found this restaurant on our first trip and we were so happy to see it was still there and open. The food there is soooooo good and reasonably priced. We had three meals there: two breakfasts and one special dinner before traveling on. The staff is so friendly and efficient. The owners are as friendly and efficient as the staff. I would give ten stars if possible. I wish that this restaurant was here in Florida.
