Great food, but the Lobster Bisque a little salty. Please remember to arrange an appointment. We were there at 7:00. You said we have to wait 1 hour for seats (group of 6) I order the Bison Meatloaf. It wasn't really impressive. The meat leaf was too soft inside and overseasoned. My friend's Halibut and Iron Steak were really good. Ask question: Appointment, try the steak. View all feedback.

I ordered the pasta. I wanted to like it, everything else about the restaurant was lovely, but I couldn't get past the heat. I bet there was half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes in my dish. And I think the heat was there to cover up the prosciutto. It tasted more like an end cut of ham (gristle, dry, etc. . I really should have sent it back but I was starved. We ordered the Ribeye, and it was absolutely delicious—tender, perfectly cooked, and melt-in-your-mouth flavorful. Honestly, the sides, while tasty, were overshadowed by the incredible steak.
We chose Madison Crossing for our dining experience based on positive reviews while visiting West Yellowstone in August 2023. The restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel, which made it quite convenient.
The food was fresh, tasty and reasonable in the west Yellowstone. This was our last night here, we ordered trout cake, which was replaced by wild salmon cake with trout deficiency. Also ordered PESTO PRIMAVERA and ANGRY BUFFALO which was delicious. Finally we ordered the HUCKLEBERRY ice cream, it was our first time and we loved it. Overall, it was really affordable compared to the other food sites we visited.
I'm really glad we chose to dine here on our final day in West Yellowstone. The food was excellent; we had the roasted chicken pasta and rainbow trout, and both tasted even better than I had hoped! And don’t forget to order the huckleberry ice cream when you go – it's absolutely fantastic!
