Food is excellent. Meaty ribs (best I had in a long time, well-drawn pig (no eastern NC sauce, but no one is perfect, and really good beans. Very no-frills, but it is an excellent value. Was happy enough to get a barbecue on her opening day. DELICIOUS. Her pulled pig was incredibly delicious, and although I am usually not a fan of her baked beans, I had a full plate. Can't recommend this place enough!
I found this place while I had to try this place in West Yellowstone. Those were the hands down, the best barbecue I had. Prices were very appropriate for the quantity of food. Staff were very well informed about their product and answered questions easily. I'm back.
We stumbled upon Firehole while trying to find some good BBQ in West Yellowstone, and we were so glad we did! Ordered ribs and brisket with a side of corn salad and it was some of the best BBQ we’ve ever had!!! The owner was super friendly and the spot was clean and cute! Would definitely recommend!!!
This place is awesome, the best brisket I’ve had in a long time. What a great surprise to find this gem in West Yellowstone. My husband said the ribs were the most tender smoked ribs he’s ever had. This is a must try!
The food was great and decently priced. Very casual dining so comfortable. Highly recommend.
