We don't tip at fast-food restaurants like KFC, McDonald's, or even at grocery stores where workers often do more work. Why should we be expected to tip at Dunkin' Donuts? Not leaving a tip can negatively impact the service you receive and the attitude of the staff towards you. I always tip, but this new expectation for just a cup of coffee seems excessive.
