They gave me a drink but insisted my food had already been handed over, which wasn’t true. Later, I ordered through Uber Eats and they messed it up too. Instead of the chicken sandwich combo, I received a drink, coleslaw, biscuits, and two servings of gravy—something I really don’t like. This place is a terrible restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The staff clearly need to be replaced, along with the incompetent delivery driver. It’s frustrating that the only thing they got right was the drink, while the rest of the order was completely wrong.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:40 PM, but no one took my order, so I drove around the building. I saw three employees inside, yet they ignored me. When I returned to the drive-thru, an employee came outside to take out the trash and told me they had stopped serving food. I mentioned that their posted hours showed they were open until 10:30 PM, but he simply said, "Nope. We’re done." This experience leaves a bad impression on the restaurant. The franchise owner really needs to fix these issues.
