I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:40 PM, but no one took... read more I visited KFC after being attracted by their appealing TV ads, but I was disappointed when I got there. I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:40 PM, but no one took my order, so I drove around the building. I saw three employees inside, yet they ignored me. When I returned to the drive-thru, an employee came outside to take out the trash and told me they had stopped serving food. I mentioned that their posted hours showed they were open until 10:30 PM, but he simply said, "Nope. We’re done." This experience leaves a bad impression on the restaurant. The franchise owner really needs to fix these issues.
