The Boatshed Ambleside - West Vancouver

Gosh it doesn?t get better than this! Oceanfront, sandy beach and the best drinks and food with great service. The boat shed is a beautiful establishment and represents WestVancouver at its best. There are three types of seating, one under the tents, one loung seating by fire tables as well as beautiful enclosed green house to sit indoors. We also had the luxury of a live band called Kasual when we visited and we had a blast. We spent extended hours at the location and had food from lunch, snack and dinner through the day and evening ????

It is fantastic to be able to eat while looking at the beautiful sea. The steak sandwich I had for lunch was really really great!!

A hidden treasure! 10/10 for its fantastic location right on the beach, offering breathtaking views. The indoor heating and cozy seating around central fireplaces make it an ideal place to visit year-round, even during those rainy days in Vancouver. The staff was exceptional—friendly and attentive. The value for money is outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a place you shouldn't miss!

I had the best night ever! I went there on Valentine's Day and my boyfriend surprised me by proposing! The food was amazing, and the staff were kind and attentive. They even treated us to a complimentary bottle of champagne!

This is a delightful gem! The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining options, and there's also a side counter for takeout, allowing you to enjoy your meal on the beach just 20 feet away! The food and service were outstanding. I will definitely be returning here.
