If you order a cold drink at this place, be sure to specify that you don't want any water added. Every time I've gotten a drink here, they've diluted it with water, even when it shouldn't be. For a $6 drink, that's just ridiculous. View all feedback.

Just a heads up: don’t order iced matcha lattes hereEvery single time I get one they rarely shake the matcha so it’s always in clumps that settle at the bottom, so you have to stir it around because it’s a layer of clumped matcha on the bottom with milk. And because it does not get mixed properly there tends to be a good clump of matcha in the shaker cup that does not get put into the actual drink.
Another favorite branch. Amazing staff. Nothing but good memories ?Very close to beach seawall.
