Earls Kitchen Ambleside

We made reservations for certain table and one of the managers said the staff has booked this table last week, another man said was booked month ago. The food was so salty restaurant was run by inexperienced staff. Our waiters were very nice and polite, but we have to wait to reorder drinks.

Not this place. Brentwood is much better for the service. Too many articles were not available. Chicken biryani. A few pizzas and Calamari... From Calamari? Come on.

Once again, Earl's expectations surpass. (and we have high expectations). At first it was a fantastic sunny Saturday afternoon. We had reservations, but we arrived almost an hour early. They still sat us without problems. The services were excellent, we had water sitting at the table within minutes down, the server was there for appetizers and beverage order not long after. The food was perfect (as always) and the bill (it was happy hour) was a surprise. At this time when 3 people can have a meal and drinks under $100, that is a deal. Very happy and loyal customer....

Shrinkflation in this restaurant comes out of hand. Our food was served cold and very delayed. The service was very delayed. The price of the invoice is not worth at all.

Made a reservation here for my birthday. Once seated we waited 20 minutes until we were greeted by our server. The host only gave us 2 menus for the 5 of us. After ordering drinks we had to wait another 25 minutes to order our meals. I asked for no feta on my salad due to an allergy and the waiter wrote it and even reiterated that I was getting the salad with no feta. When the food came, my salad had feta on it. I apologized to the guy who brought my food and told him that I can’t eat the salad with cheese and then it took them 12 minutes to remake the salad. By then, my friends meals had gone completely cold waiting for mine to arrive. I understand that mistakes happen but the server never followed up to check on us or our meals or anytime after that, and no apology for the mistake. Unfortunately due to the service, I really regretted choosing this place for my birthday dinner.
