Despite a lack of certain drinks and forks, along with delayed orders, the food was still considered good. However, portion size for certain dishes was criticized. On a positive note, guests appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly mentioning Rolanda as a standout server. The overall dining experience varied, with some feeling let down by the lack of available items and service speed while others praised the attentive staff.
When we were seated, we were informed that many items on the menu were not available due to a shortage. Essentially, there was nothing left on the main menu, only a few appetizers. It would have been appreciated if this information was provided when we first arrived and met the host. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and unapologetic. We paid for a VIP experience but were disappointed with the service we received. It definitely did not feel like a VIP experience and we were surprised that we paid premium prices for the tickets.
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. Our host greeted us warmly, and our waitress, Rolanda, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We were grateful for their attentiveness. Thank you!

Wrong drink prepared in experienced bar sever. Limited menu Movie was good
The service was fine for dinner but the restaurant was not in stock of any beer other than lager, no ciders, the food options we wanted were unavailable, they had no forks and the wine we wanted was also out of stock. When we ordered wine and popcorn to our seats they lost our order and it took an hour to figure out. Not the best experience!
