Big Orange - West Vancouver

This is the worst slushy I've ever had. It wasn't slushy or icy at all - just liquid.

Many people praise this restaurant, but I'm not convinced yet. I ordered a coffee bubble tea with pearls, but I found it to be lacking sweetness and tasted bitter.

Absolutely do it. If you're debating between having bubble tea or not, the answer is yes. This is the best bubble tea in the area!

A few months back I came by to grab a drink while shopping. The fresh fruit bubble teas were always great. I came back a couple of days ago and unfortunatley this location is closed

I went to Big Orange just to purchase 2 simple bubble teas. Upon waiting in line i am already hearing about how this juicing restaurant is not able to make a plain lemon juice for the customer ahead of me. I brush this aside as i assume that they are probably out of lemons. I ask for one taro milk tea, and a plain straight black tea with pearls as my friend is lactose intolerant. What i acquired was a caramel syrup drink with some taro flavors, and a strange milky slightly caramel drink that was called black tea. As i complained to the server about how this is not at all what was ordered, she asked the manager that was there and all he said he could do was to just charge half price if I wanted to buy another one. With this i left and was disgusted by the service and quality of food from this place. Highly advise to avoid ordering from here.
