However, we were informed that they had stopped... read more With our OpenTable confirmation in hand, we arrived at the restaurant to find a very loud and lively atmosphere. However, we were informed that they had stopped accepting OpenTable reservations four months ago. The staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and mentioned that one of the co-owners had been working on severing ties with the site. After waiting 25 minutes for a table, our initial excitement turned into concern, and the overall experience felt mediocre at best. Although this wasn’t our first visit, it may very well be our last.

The waitress apologized for the delay, explaining that she was busy attending to other tables, and it took about 10 minutes for the cappuccino to arrive. However, the meal service itself was prompt. The staff behind the bar seemed preoccupied with setting glasses on tables, which made it difficult to find someone to ask for our bill—it felt like it took forever.

The pizza and meatball pasta were enjoyable, but there was an issue with the noodles in the carbonara. They were stuck together and had a dry taste. The waiter... read more The pizza and meatball pasta were enjoyable, but there was an issue with the noodles in the carbonara. They were stuck together and had a dry taste. The waiter mentioned that it was supposed to be that way, but I seriously doubt that carbonara should clump together when lifted with a fork. The service was satisfactory; however, our waitress didn’t make any eye contact with us until we were about to leave. I doubt I’ll return unless this is the only restaurant available in Park Royal!

Always a very pleasant visit at each visit! our server was happy and very personal. we ordered veal scallopini marsala, veal scallopini piccata, and pasta bolog... read more Always a very pleasant visit at each visit! our server was happy and very personal. we ordered veal scallopini marsala, veal scallopini piccata, and pasta bolognese and while the dinners were very pleasant, the veal were a touch overdone and a bit hard. for that we took a star away. the escaping area on the dach is so relaxing and quieter than the escaping area below. it was a pleasant opportunity to spend a birthday dinner. thank you, kicktoria!

We come often for brunch because we enjoy it, but every time we have a problem with the salad. This time we had 2 guests with us and the usual kitchen and servers errors were even worse. These problems should be corrected. Thank you.

They didn't seem particularly apologetic and mentioned that one of the co-owners was in the process of cutting ties with the platform. After waiting 25 minutes for a table, our enthusiasm was already fading, so our experience ended up feeling quite mediocre. This wasn’t our first visit, but it might just be our last.

The waitress apologized for the delay, as she was attending to other tables. It took over 10 minutes for the cappuccino to arrive. However, meal service was prompt. The staff seemed busy behind the bar, setting glasses on tables, and it took a while to find someone to request our bill.

The waiter insisted that’s how it should be, but I seriously doubt that carbonara is meant to stick together like that when you lift it with a fork. The service was mediocre; our waitress didn't make any eye contact with us until we tipped and left. I won’t be returning unless it’s the only restaurant left in Park Royal!

We ordered Veal Scallopini Marsala, Veal Scallopini Piccata , and Pasta Bolognese and while the dinners were very pleasing, the Veal were a touch overdone and a bit tough. For that, we took away a star. The rooftop dining area is so relaxing and quieter than the dining area below. It was an enjoyable way to spend a birthday dinner. Thank you Trattoria!!

The noise level is ok, not too loud that you can 't hear the people in your table clearly. The food itself was amazing cooked to perfection (shout out to the chef if they read these reviews! . However, the service I got from one of the servers was extremely disappointing, he was very cold to our table (but he was all friendly to other tables he was waiting on and he needs to work on his communication skills as I told him that our table included an individual with a peanut allergy, placed our order, and then he came back to our table and literally word for word he said, you can 't have that then he proceeded to point to Spaghetti Signature Meatballs (ordered with truffle cream sauce . I still do not know why we couldn 't order it, what part of that dish even has peanuts. Absolutely baffled. Honestly, I would go to a different Trattoria if I can, and would not go back, nor would I recommend, this particular location to anyone. Overall 2/5 stars because I expected better service from Trattoria.

I must say food is always delicious the same quality at all times, we often order the featured dishes. Out standing staff service, they care about you, very friendly.The vibe is very welcoming with a warm environment. when we have a group of people that requires privacy, we call to reserve the upstairs area.BIG Thank you to the owners, the supporting team the Chef. I highly recommend this restaurant.
