What Carolyn L likes about Second Cup Coffee Co.:
Second Cup always reminds me of Toronto, especially Union Station when I used to get coffee there. It was a part of my growing up years back East. I was pretty sad when I moved to Vancouver and realized Second Cup (and a few other chain restaurants) was not common here. Staff really need some customer service training, my wife was not feeling well and simply asked for a cup of water, was told could not help as she was not a paying customer, totally unacceptable , would never return to this business again, sad that just a few steps away in the food court care and compassion were shown, hope management makes note and provides some customer service training.
