Opened in 1938, this suspension bridge carries Highway 1A and Highway 99 across the Burrard Inlet and joins Vancouver with North Vancouver. When it opened, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth were there. Easy to cross with a clearance of 200 feet above the Inlet, it has a total length of 5981 feet.
