I order from freshii regularly. I choose from 3 locations around my place. Today it was Park Royal. I've always found the staff kind and helpful with my requests. one of my worst experiences ever. This was my second time getting food from Freshii and it would be the last time. I was shopping around in Park Royal yesterday and I thought of getting a healthy bowl. I got the Pokii Bowl from Freshii. It was literally a bowl of uncooked rice, a piece of dry three days-old chicken, two slices of cucumber and two cubes of pineapple. It tasted so bad that I threw the whole bowl out. H... It was my one of the best experience at this location. The food was fresh,tasty and staff was also very humble.I was confused with what I could eat but they gave me recommendations and it was so good.
Of all of the Freshii locations this place is the worst. Service is so bad. I swear they are doing it on purpose. Not a great look for your brand. Your staff could pretend to care. Hahaha
I ordered the sesame crunch salad with chicken and was disappointed. The vinaigrette did not taste like anything and the romaine left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I'm a 200 pound man and the bowl size always satisfies.
Very little food, also doesn't taste the same as it did when it was good a few years
