Great food. Fast service. Very friendly staff. We usually do drive through but we dined in last time and the music inside was very loud and hard to have a conversation. Im pretty sure it was a one off for some promotion. I asked them to please turn it down and they did. We will definitely be back and still 5 stars. View all feedback.
What H Sapien doesn't like about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers:
The last time I came here my chicken tenders were each about 3” in length, the whole basket. It was a ripoff an unnecessarily long wait. Really unsure what the hype is about. The texas toast also is lacking in flavor/seasoning. Just overall not sure why people seem to love this place when it's clearly mediocre in quality flavor. View all feedback.
Over rated and expensive for chicken fingers.First off the chicken fingers…. Where do I start…They were small, soggy and had no flavor. The portions were embarrassing to say the least, you would think for the price the chicken would be bigger. They were also soggy to the point where I questioned if they were deep fried/baked and they were just microwaved. The chicken had absolutely, I MEAN ABSOLUTELY no flavor. You couldn’t taste the batter, grease, or any seasonings. How is this even possible. Did they forget to add seasoning into the batter or on the chicken when they cooked it? The toast was the same. Soggy and no flavor. The fries tasted like paper and had absolutely no flavor. They were hard like cardboard. The lemonade was just water with a drop of lemon mixed in. It had no flavor, or tartness of lemon. It wasn’t sweet or sour. It was just plain water with a few drops of lemon, exactly the same as what you would get for free when you dine in somewhere. The sauce was ok but nothing special to write home about. The coleslaw was the best item in the box. It was the only item that had any flavor and it wasn’t even a good coleslaw. This is such an overpriced overrated place that I don’t understand the hype. Almost 14 bucks for this was a complete waste of money. This is my first and last time here, this place is such a letdown. Go somewhere else like kfc or Popeyes where you can actually taste some sort of flavor in the chicken. This place has one consistent theme and that’s “No Flavor”.

If you don't have time to cook and are near one, then sure. If not, it is not worth the trip. As mentioned before, food quality went down and prices went up since theyve come to MN. As of now;Food quality is still down, but they dropped the pricing a bit.
The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced.
I have been a dine in customer and a drive thru customer as well, every time I come, is full, but waiting time is not more than 10 min, they are fast, I’ve always had my correct order. I like the food, customer service is great, sometimes I bring my dog and he likes it too! He gets excited when we come, because he already knows he will be getting a treat!
