Food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. Service is buffet style behind a glass shield. You tell the associate what you want and they dish it up for you. They give ample portions and ask if your plate looks good, if yes you move down the line and pay, if not they add what you want more of. Prices are reasonable and associates were very polite! Love their lemon chicken, and the best Asian noodles in town. We always st... View all feedback.
What Ben Peters doesn't like about Leeann Chin:
I ordered sesame chicken with white rice. All i got in my box was a layer of white rice about 3 grains deep and 3 pieces of diced chicken. I saw the whole bowl of sesame chicken sitting right behind the counter, are you saving that for someone? I figure if i pay for an item, i should expect to recieve that item. Do not go to this location. There is a Panda Express literally across the street that is 10x more reliable... View all feedback.
We always liked coming to this one the food is usually good (other than 1 other problem before) BUT WHAT IS THIS ARE WE RATIONING?? The price went up but we get less? What is going on? I paid for the whole thing why is so much missing?? New staff today compared to normal so I guess they suck now?
We were not greeted when we went to the line. The person behind us was greeted and almost served before us. Most of the food trays were empty. Ordered lemon chicken didn't get sauce. The check out was excellent
I ordered ahead on their website and it said be ready in 15 minutes I show up 20 minutes after that for them to tell me they just got it and it will be another 10 minutes it took 20 minutes of waiting it's not worth ordering ahead and the workers took an attitude with me.
Sometimes it's really good and sometimes not so much. This time was a not so much Food not ready then lukewarm.
We were very pleased with the service. I asked questions about one of the entries and he asked if I wanted a sample.
