What Betty doesn't like about Culver’s:
I had a coupon for moving into the area so went and used it. The man at the drive thru got an attitude the minute I gave him the coupon. He screamed that I should have told him I had a coupon. Then he proceeded to yell for manager to deal with the coupon. I said well if coupons need to be pronounced before getting to the window the sign should say so. And he just kept giving me dirty looks. I was so so so pissed off.... View all feedback.
First of all, the person who took our order was very rude, and they doubled charged us only to fix it and not even fix it right, and then they forgot our soup.. I now have Emotional damage.
Weird that there are so many hit or miss reviews but our visit was definitely deserving of 5 stars. This was maybe my second or third time ever at a Culver’s so I’m not familiar with the menu. Our cashier (Sa’Nayari? was very patient and helpful with explaining the foods and sizes. She waited to take our order while we stood there a little lost on the menu but we finally decided on our food and made a few changes (sorry ? . Behind the cashiers were a bunch of team members but most of them were always proactive/keeping busy aside from the small chatting while waiting for the next task. Some people that approached the front also got help in a quick manner. Our order was very fresh and delicious! We both got the bacon deluxe single butter burgers and large fries along with two concrete mixers (these were delicious as well! . Chris was also friendly when handing us our food! ?
Anthony provided some of the best customer service I've experience at any fast food restaurant. He deserves a raise
First time to this location of Culver’s and I will say I was impressed at the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere but upon waiting behind my daughter to finish her order a young lady came up and didn’t even acknowledge she was accepting orders but just looking around so I said, May I please order a chicken sandwich but her whole demeanor and lack of acknowledgment of a paying customer is really what made me not even want to order.Nonetheless, I’m on mom and daughter date so I will not let others bring me down.The food is fresh and hot and I appreciate that!4/25/2024 1:02 PMPoor service: Reg 2-AAALYL7UAEBA
