Honestly worst chipotle location ever. Firstly I ordered online for delivery around 8pm didn?t get here until 9:15pm. Next half of my order is missing/wrong. There?s just a big chunk of hard avacado in my meal. Forgot my chips. I try calling to get a refund and of course they don?t answer there phone even though they aren?t closed till 10pm. The lady who made my order was nice, but when I sat on the table and wrote up my bowl to mix it, I took the lid and was somehow amazed how much less than I usually get from a chip dish. I think it's honestly the smallest portion I got from a bowl.
I try every 4 moths hoping Chipotle will return to the 2007 experience that made me love Chipotle but, ever since about 2010-15 this has been the experience regardless the store. Lowering quality Lowering portion sizes Less friendly and less professional employees Less amenities like laying out for use like hot sauce And raising prices Just disappointing ... something changed within and needs corrected. This ship is headed towards the shallow Rocky shoreline and needs a captain that will change the course and save the organization aside from shear profits. Or is it time for a new competitor to make a stand against them.... at this point if a competitor just did what they used to do.... I'd eat there everytime
I cried when I left there. This Latino woman I was taking my order I told her don't add Sour cream to my food she never listed what I was telling her and she aggressively put my food on the plate everyone was shocked at how she treated me and my friend. Chipotle do better and teach your workers how to treat Customers.

Young lady working at around 11am on 7/9/21 was clearly filled with negative energy. Talked like a robot (rarely talked anyway), gave customers rude looks, and overall looked like she did not want to be there at all. As for serving customers, it?s pretty self explanatory. See the picture below of my burrito with ?extra chicken?. Did not show any signs of attempts to satisfy customers, and was VERY stingy with the meat. As she slid my burrito over to the older lady, the older lady filled my burrito with a ton of lettuce and corn to make it look like my burrito was fit to serve, which it was obviously not. In conclusion, do not support a selfish and cheap location like this one. You?re in for a big disappointment if you do.
