Service was awesome! Food was even better! Their smoked brisket is better than some that I've had at BBQ restaurants. Everything was super fresh and clean. This place used to be my favorite but since the pandemic, they never have Cholula or any type of hot sauce, the latest I go in is about 2hrs before close yet they generally have enough meat a available for 2 people, pretty sure the queso changed as its more potato soup creamy instead of melted cheese like with a LOT more peppers and stuff and less actual queso, pop machines always have something wrong with them being... I visited this restaurant for the first time and I must say it was pretty good. If you enjoy Chipotle, you will most likely like this place too. Give it a try if you are in the area. Food: 5/5.
We have been regular patrons of this restaurant for many years. As vegans, this chain is a good option for us. Unfortunately, they have recently stopped featuring the impossible burger on their menu board. While I understand the decision to cook it to order to reduce waste, the staff's curt attitude and their practice of only microwaving pre-prepared patties instead of cooking them fresh has left us disappointed. As dining out is a luxury for many, I will be taking my business elsewhere in search of a more satisfactory dining experience. The only vegetarian option available is the impossible burger, but it is not cooked fresh.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for consistently delicious burritos or bowls. There are plenty of tasty options to satisfy any craving. The service is excellent and I can't wait to dine here again. Overall rating: 5/5 for food.
Prefer it over Chipotle since they have the lime vinaigrette and pickled onions. Go here if you want more authentic flavor on the go.Food: 5/5
I'm not impressed. The reviews were way too generous. The staff couldn't explain the product and were not interested in helping me understand how an entree is put together. The lobby is messy and uninviting. I used a coupon that the shabby dressed, unfriendly supervisor couldn't figure out how to ring up. The brisket bowl was just ok. Much better options out there.
