What Demetrius O'Kon doesn't like about Beirut:
Beirut is a lovely spot with a great atmosphere and an extensive menu. The food is well-prepared, the service is efficient, but the prices are on the higher side. View all feedback.
We had the vegetarian intermediate station for 2 without the cheese and with fries instead of rice, as they cook the rice in butter. all vegan dishes on this plate are amazing! they also have this thick garlic sauce, which randomly vegan and very strong, but amazing! also the best Falafel sandwiches! make sure to make a reservation or be willing to wait an hour for the departure as they are always busy!
I have visited this restaurant several times. While the vegan options aren't clearly labeled, the staff has always been helpful in identifying which dishes are vegan. My favorite is the falafel. Also, the belly dancing on the weekends is a lot of fun!
Fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, and I will definitely return.
We ordered the Lunch Combo Plate for Two, which came with just about everything except Baba Ghanoush. There was plenty of food, and it was very flavorful. The Coke was served in vintage-style bottles.
We used to steer clear of this place for years after a couple of lackluster experiences, but a friend informed us that it has been reimagined, and it definitely did not disappoint. If you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine and appreciate an authentic atmosphere, this will likely become your new favorite spot. The flavors, spices, generous portions, drink options, and accommodations for special diets are all exceptional! Reservations are recommended since it tends to get busy during peak hours.
