As teachers, our lunch time is limited to 30 minutes, so my department orders well in advance. The projected time (12:05) for delivery was 45 minutes, it took 90 minutes (12:45).The person answering the phone also hung up on me when I tried to voice my frustration.7 teachers -lunch an unhappy afternoon.
