It was served hot, and the service was quick.

The staff members were fantastic, es... read more I had a delightful breakfast sandwich that came on a tasty roll. The coffee was a robust dark roast, served hot and strong. The staff members were fantastic, especially the lady at the grill, who was exceptionally friendly. The rest of the counter staff were also very nice. The seating area is inviting, and the fireplace adds a wonderful atmosphere to the place.

I ordered the You Pick Two, and for the second time, I received chicken noodle soup with no chicken or noodles. When I called to express my frustration, the manager on duty said they use one scoop of chicken and one cup of noodles in every soup bowl. When I explained that wasn’t true for my order, she started yelling, accused me of having an attitude, and asked what I wanted her to do about it. Paying $25 for delivery of basically just carrot soup is unacceptable, especially with such poor service from an unsympathetic manager. She should understand that people order lunch delivery because they can’t pick it up themselves. Because of this experience, neither I nor my family will be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately, this particular... read more We visit Panera Bread locations from Florida to New Hampshire regularly, and my wife and I both enjoy the unlimited coffee plan. Unfortunately, this particular Panera Bread left us with a bad impression—not because of the menu options, which are consistently good, but due to the poor attitude of the staff. One employee even turned his back on me and made a rude comment loud enough for me to hear. Although they reluctantly served our order as other Panera Bread locations do, the experience was disappointing. This Panera Bread needs to align with the corporate standards of excellent service alongside their great menu.
