I went to this restaurant with the intention of just buying white rice, but the staff did not allow me to make a purchase of less than $2. So, I ended up ordering white rice with fried dumplings. The fried dumplings were delicious. I visited today around 7 pm and there were no sweet options available. They only had cold fried foods and steamed options on the menu. View all feedback.
