The Pizza Oven West Salem

Unfortunately, the delivery instructions were not passed on the the delivery person. Aprox 15 after the scheduled delivery we received a mssg that our address was not found. Called the driver back, said she would be right over, after 15 min we called the pizza place only to be told it was going to be another 20-25 min. this would be an hour past the estimated delivery time, we canceled the pizza and requested a refund as the pizza had been in a warmer for an hour or more. New to town so we'll have to find a different pizza place.

Good loaded fries sometimes(not always consistent with the amount of toppings), that said they killed jim dandies. The restaurant before had better tasting pizza at half the price. They also offered breakfast, which pizza oven first claimed they would continue to offer, but clearly that's not the case anymore.

Poor service. We ordered the family deal and was told 45 minutes. We got there 47 minutes later and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I told them to cancel my order and that we won't be returning there to eat. A phone call to let us know it wasn't ready would have been nice. I got nothing from the girl at desk. Since they moved we have had nothing but problems when we order. This is sad because we really enjoyed their food.

Delicious comfort food at great prices! This quaint small-town spot has incredibly friendly and helpful staff who are eager to offer recommendations. The decor and photos celebrating the West Salem community are delightful! The dining area is clean, and there are convenient restrooms available. Plus, with a gas station next door and a walk-through access, it really is a one-stop shop. I highly recommend this place to others and will definitely be back!
