What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Be aware when they hand out your food on a bag, the always missing items, I had to drive back all the way from home and they can?t remember me at the drive through window and still charged me for the sandwich. They all acted like nothing happened Shame on them. Show them the receipt and lady still said needed to scan my card, they got me again I see my account for another charge even after she said wouldn?t charge me... View all feedback.

This is the most friendlies Starbucks I've ever been too. Every employee said good morning as I walked in the door. Every employee was very cheerful. I'll definitely be back
The current staff here is insanely friendly. And they really seem to like each other. Great place to have a cup of coffee and get some work done on the interwebs. Tends to be drive-thru heavy, and a dine-in light, so it's usually easy to find a seat. Lots of folks stop in for coffee or tea on their commute or heading up to or coming back from Tahoe since it's right off the freeway.
I'm very pleased with the excellent costumer service and our cookie mocha frappes& dragon fruit refresher was soo good thank for the the bacon Gouda sandwich was a nice surprise from the drive thru lady with the diamond's in her teeth she made our day! ????
I went yesterday in the afternoon and the guy that took my order seemed annoyed and was rude when I got to the window. I waiting over 5 mins to get my drinks, I looked over to the window and my drinks were sitting right there on the counter and didn?t even bother to hand them out the window, he was ignoring me. He didn?t even say ?have a nice day? or anything so I just drove off. I also ordered all my drinks with extra caramel drizzle and he didn?t even bother to make sure they had the extra so I had to go back inside and get a refund on the extra drizzle for all 5 drinks. I?ve worked at a drive thru store before and there was a lack of communication and professionalism.
