When it finally came out, they informed me it would take an additional 10 minutes for the biscuits, so they substituted a side instead. The chicken didn't have the flavor that KFC is known for, and the "crispy" coating was greasy. Overall, my experience at the KFC in West Point, MS, was disappointing.

Another staff member was on the phone but eventually started helping out.
