I’ve been to Jack's three times in the past three weeks, and unfortunately, the ice cream machine has been out of order every time. Are you going to be as inconsistent as McDonald's? Why promote milkshakes if you can't deliver them?
Jack's is always good. Best fries in town and my new favorite is the boneless wings! Not the fastest service but the crew is friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable.
1 day I had 1 pancakes should been 3. No syrup, sausage gravy taste like a bottle of salt was pour in the mix. Get it together. My meal be 9 dollars. I want what I pay for. ????
I went through the drive through for a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was underwhelming and dry. The woman at the window had no personality and was not very communicative.
Great place. We stop here at various times throughout the year traveling to see family. We never have any issues and everyone is so nice. The food is always hot and they get our order right.
