very friendly staff, a mix of comfortable seating, great coffee (we both had latte) and their special Hokkien noodles with grid chicken is awesome. Prices are also very good ( toasties are $5!). What more could you want? Highly recommended. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Meet and Greet Cafe-Restaurant:
Went twice in case the first time was just teething problems for the new owners. Miss the burger and chips. Food quality is poor now so maybe they just aren't great cooks. Service and decor and price is ok but won't be paying a third visit. View all feedback.

A friends friend raved about this place as they go there for lunch most days.So I went looking for the cafe one day to grab a late lunch.I thought the menu was limited, ended up ordering a delicious sounding burger, and later that afternoon I was a bit ill. I'd eaten fruit and nuts that morning so it couldn't have been anything else, so had to be the burger. So whilst it was delicious, I don't want to risk going back there again.
I stopped here with my kids for a quick lunch and was very impressed with this café. The food menu was varied (asian fusion dishes, salads, sandwiches) and they served good fresh juices too. The service was fast, the food very tasty and the staff really friendly.
Stopped in on my way back to work to get lunch and had been meaning to try this place for ages. I wish I had gone to anywhere else..even a servo that had dragged their sandwiches around on the back of a truck has better service and fresher sandwiches. I asked for a chicken and salad sandwich and they could not understand what I was asking for, I mean its a sandwich with chicken, tomato, lettuce, oh and I complicated it further by asking for avocado. I wondered why others waiting were smirking, I later found out they were in cafe hell also. I got my flat white and waited, waited, waited and waited, was it busy?.... no not really about 8 people sitting down and three waiting for the famous $5 toasties. The couple sitting waiting already, actually went to put more money in the parking metre as they waited 30 minutes for two ham and cheese toasted sandwiches. My wait was just short of 25 minutes, thankfully I finished my coffee while I waited and stared at people aimlessly walking around in the back while one person cooked. What fabulous-ness did I get... stale bread (probably why they want to toast everything) effort $10 dollars lighter for a sandwich, some pre-packaged sliced chicken, three slices of tomato a scrapping of avocado and a leaf of lettuce. Pathetic.. do everyone a favour and close down and go do something else with your day, serving, cooking and running a business all at once is far too hard for the 5 people walking around aimlessly. I have worked in this industry, and think either the business has changed hands or some people have hours for lunch. I have never been so appalled at bad service and food... I was actually spurred on to write this....just to feel better.Take my advice, if your looking for a fresh sandwich, fast service and good coffee, I suggest Caltex servo around the corner.. it would have to be better than this.
