Contribute Feedback What Wendy Pansini doesn't like about Dumas House Cafe:
The food is grossly overpriced and tasteless. The attitudes are very unprofessional and from people who need to know how to smile and not speak in another language when serving customers. Its rude. They serve the food up like they are slopping it into the bowl for dogs. I will never go back as they are just awful. View all feedback.
I have been to the Dumas House Cafe a few times now. Absolutely ****** terrible. They are a total rip off and the food is disgusting. God only knows what they put in the sausage rolls. Today I decided on something a little healthier so tried the Satay Chicken stir-fry, I think that is what is was supposed to be. Ended up paying $10 for a bowl of rice and one or two pieces of tasteless chicken. Won't be going back there again. About time they got the boot. Will try the Coffee Bean across the road next time.
Went there for the first time today. Ordered a veggie burger and then guy at the cash register rings up 10.50 instead of 8.50 on the big, huge menu board. I question it and he tells me that 8.50 was the old company and they have since taken over. Told him that he should be charging what he advertised and he nodded and still wanted to charge me 10.50 so I left. Bad service, bad pricing, jacked up prices since old business was there obviously. I won't be trying their food.
Dumas Cafe is a small cafe at the base of a government building in West Perth serving a limited range of sandwiches/rolls and some hot food. Coffee is acceptable but you may find that there are more appealing choices for food nearby in West Perth
Due to lack of availability of cafes available nearby, that's why they are still in business! Staff with the worst attitude and service combined with an overprice food!!
