Patrons appreciate its inviting atmosphere and friendly staff, with many enjoying excellent coffee and delicious treats like milkshakes and tempting desserts. However, some have noted inconsistencies in food quality and service speed, including burnt coffee and underwhelming pastries. With a rustic charm, the venue has drawn regulars over the years. Overall, it's a delightful stop for coffee lovers and those seeking a cozy respite, though prospective visitors may wish to temper expectations regarding certain menu items.
I feel so fortunate for having Woodstock Coffee shop in our town! It has great quality coffee, iced coffee for the summer, lovely desserts and most of all excellent customer service and a big smile!
Amazing customer serviceSo I went to Woodstock on the 7th Feb for a cheeky walk round Blenheim, I noticed the Woodstock coffee shop. I’m not a big coffee drinker myself but fancied a warm drink, I spoke to a young guy outside (COVID friendly) I explained my hatred for coffee. He informed me that they do a Turkish delight hot chocolate. He was so lovely and chatty, he made me feel proper welcomed and the hot chocolate was to die for, I even got some cheeky marshmallow and cream I would highly recommend. A lovely little shop and one amazing member off staff. Was actually pretty dishy, I won’t lie
I sent my work colleague to grab a quick double espresso whilst working in the area, as it was the only place serving during the lockdown. The double shot was the most disgusting coffee I have ever drunk, it tasted like the coffee machine hasn't been cleaned by a qualified person since before the first lockdown.Having worked in a coffee shop in the 1990's we were trained to make every cup count and most importantly, keep the machine clean and in good working order. The coffee was bitter and coarse it left a horrible taste in my mouth which stayed with me until lunchtime.I took the coffee back myself and expressed my dismay, but the BOD working had no chance for a retort and looked like he really didn't care.AVOID this place unless you have no choice!
We were staying in the area and stopped by for some lunch and a milkshake. We had a bacon and brie panini each, a hot chocolate, and a caramelised biscuit milkshake. Everything tasted amazing, my partner was very jealous of my milkshake, and total came to about £14.Would recommend to anyone visiting Woodstock who wants to go to a coffee shop.
Staying in Woodstock and going out early for a walk I was pleased to find this coffee shop opened early. Staff pleasant and the coffee was also very tasty. They also have a good selection of cakes and pastries.
