The restaurant experience was disappointing. The water was pouring in from the air conditioning system, making it uncomfortable. The two white hot chocolates were lukewarm, and the two gingerbread lattes tasted like warm milk. The marshmallows were rock hard, and there was no cream to be found. Went in for a spiced cappuccino but was served normal cappuccino. The place was very busy so maybe the serve did not notice the order. Hope the server paid notice. View all feedback.
