I have to say I don't normally post anything but good reviews especially if the place is in my own hood, but I'm so disappointed. I ordered via Grubhub and 3/4 of the total I paid was for a bag of ground coffee which was MIA. I get it, mistakes happen. But then I tasted the Americano I ordered and almost spit it out. The customer service here is outstanding. The new manager, Marci, is fantastic! She always greets everyone with a smile and delivers exceptional service. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers.
This Dunkin' is truly a hidden gem. I've been visiting this location for a few months now, and I am consistently impressed by the incredible staff. Marcy, Kay, Richard, and the other gentleman (I apologize for not remembering his name) are all fantastic. Kay and Marcy often know my order even before I do! The employees here are exceptionally friendly and really create a welcoming atmosphere. A big shoutout to the Dunkin' team at the South Valley location in West Orange. Thank you for being amazing!
