Went for my sons 9th birthday lunch Just a quiet lunch as family And Food was cold when we got it Seats were sticky Table was sticky Utensils were dirty we had to ask for hot water to clean them My parents ordered plastic utensils It was very bad ! Cups were chipped Glass cups had lipstick lips on it when I got it Beer was flat Server was great Would never visit this location !!!!!! View all feedback.
The staff were amazing. The food was above average. It was a good experience overall
Waiter was ok. Food was delivered quickly. We drank water which was never refilled. Waiter just seemed to do the bare minimums of his job.
The portion size was generous and the server was friendly and attentive.
Our experience at Friday's was generally positive, however, upon arrival we were informed that they do not use tablets to check OpenTable reservations. We had to request a manager in order to be confirmed and receive points for our reservation. The staff seemed unfamiliar with OpenTable, but ultimately credited us for honoring our reservation. The food and service were satisfactory.
The server was excellent, but unfortunately the hostess was lacking. She had no understanding of OpenTable or the booking system.
