Worst Starbucks ever!!! I pay $3.75 for my order at every Starbucks give it take a few cents for tax. At this store they were charging me extra for oat milk?and obviously it was quite a lot extra. When I contacted Starbucks corporate they advised that the store should absolutely not be charging extra. Not to mention that oat milk is not more expensive than cows milk. The wait was quite lengthy, and the staff were moving at an extremely slow speed. I was taken aback by the complete lack of efficiency, particularly with three employees working behind the counter.
This is hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever visited! Typically, I pay about $3.75 for my usual order at any Starbucks, plus a bit for tax. However, at this location, I was charged a significantly higher price for oat milk. I reached out to Starbucks corporate, and they confirmed that this store isn't supposed to charge extra for it. Additionally, oat milk is not more expensive than cow's milk. It's unfair for customers with dairy allergies to be treated this way or face extra charges.
I want to give a big shout-out to Michael, the barista who was working on Black Friday. He was truly amazing. I really appreciated his patience while I made some last-minute changes to our large order during a call with my coworkers, especially since the shop had run out of almond milk and mocha. His customer service was exceptional, and I was especially grateful for his assistance after being turned away from another nearby Starbucks. Michael definitely deserves some recognition and a raise!
This is the best Starbucks! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, and the place is consistently clean and well-organized.
You could say that there are better coffees out there, but I truly think you're wrong!
