Monday (2.19.18) In the afternoon I visited Palisades Dünkin. In which I rarely visit. Amazing experience here. At most Dunkins, they usually wait 10-15 min for my coffee and until I have my coffee, they kind of screw it up. The cash registers were so polite. The staff looked alive and as if they were there. It's usually crowded, but on that day, they managed to move the line quickly.
Although it got a bit hectic for a brief moment, everything was handled exceptionally well. I truly appreciate the wonderful service I received! I would like to speak to your manager about my experience. I definitely prefer this Dunkin’ to the one in Nanuet.
I used to work at the mall, and I never had any issues with my order. Although they were occasionally a bit slow, there were a few times when I had to wait with one or two other customers for a few minutes to get our orders.
